During this pandemic I was taking care of my Grandchildren 3 afternoons a week, while their parents work from home. I am currently furloughed from my full-time job. Jackie cared lovingly for our two-year-old daughter for several months during the pandemic. She turned what was a stressful time into one that ran smoothly. She developed a strong bond with our daughter, who would ask for Jackie on her days off and get sad when Jackie left each day. Jackie is extremely responsible and was able to set limits in a gentle and supportive way. She worked to keep our daughter on her schedule and would fit in plenty of opportunities to play with her, both in our home and around town. Jackie is both trustworthy and dependable and our daughter frequently quoted Jackie's wise words. While we no longer need a caregiver, we know she will be an asset to any family with whom she works.
