I have over 20 years experience working in the healthcare field. I have a sense of personal and professional ethics of being an caregiver. At two of the corporations that I worked I was a preceptor. My set myself to give high standard of care and also my commitment to the quality of care I give. My skills include are having a good communication skill with the child that you're taking care of. You're instructions should be in simple terms that they can understand. You have to be very patience and in good physical stamina as they are very energetic. I have to be creative with children, think quickly and problem solving with any situations.
