I have 8+ years of experience in the special needs field. Spent those years at "The School Of The Holy Childhood", where I began in the child care field as A 1:1 aide for children with special needs, Down Syndrome and Autism mainly. Ages ranging from toddler to 18. Became a job coach after a few years, bringing students out to work based learning sites to prepare them for the world after school and earn a paycheck for themselves. At certain times of the year was also a teachers assistant. Provided staffing on adult program after school activities and fieldtrips. Nannying and babysitting for groups of children and also have experience in early childhood development, running a classroom, fieldtrips, and CPR. I feel Childcare has always been a passion of mine, I believe its our responsibility to prepare the next generations for the world, instilling excellent life and social skills for healthy growth and mindsets.
