About Iulia

I have worked with kids of all ages, boh as a tutor and instructor and in day-care type rolls. My favorite aspect of working with kids was creating an environment in which kids could understand and be understood - in other words creating clear expectations for everyone to follow and making peace between students who had misunderstandings between each other. It was my greatest joy to help kids who were angry at each other come to an understanding of the situation that caused the problem and help them come to a common understanding of how to address the problem and move forward. It is truly rewarding to help kids build understanding of others and emotional self-regulation as I feel they are keys to a successful life in the future.
