About Isabella

Hi parents! My name is Ella. I'm 19 years old and I've been providing childcare and pet care for six years now. I'm a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and CPR/first aid/AED certified. I am currently earning my degree in Music Therapy while maintaining the position of Secretary of SGA at my college. In my previous childcare jobs, I have made an effort to promote the importance of education and learning, even among babies and toddlers (They are retaining MUCH more information than you think!) In addition to this, I'm creative and passionate about coming up with fun activities and crafts that your kids will LOVE. My biggest goal as a caregiver is to encourage creativity, empathy, learning, and engagement! I'm enthusiastic about allowing kids to be their true selves while fostering the concept of being kind, helpful, and considerate. Thank you for reading!
