About Isabella

I am freshly college graduated and am looking for a nannying position to save money for further graduate studies. I adore little kids and am absolutely devoted to my1-year-old nephew. I am energetic and also know the importance of patience and understanding because being a little person is hard work. I love the excitement of running around in play and the calm of reading a book. I grew up in Spain where I did childcare at retreats for traumatised missionary families. It involved unique circumstances like a jet lagged baby or non-english speaking toddler who is frustrated that I don't speak Arabic. These children had sometimes never been in childcare before or had experienced some kind of trauma themselves. It was important to provide care through routine, consolation through careful attention and fun through activities and games. I looked forward to these retreats every year because no matter the circumstances, little children bring life and joy with them wherever they go.
