About Isabella

My name is Noa + I'm a Certified Trauma-Informed Early Childhood Educator and nanny. I love working with infants ~17 weeks (4 months) to 4 years old. (Experienced with multiples). I'm blessed to teach preschool (0-5) in Burlington part time + I'm wrapping up remote nonprofit work this year. *Starting in January 2024 I'll be available for 10-15 hours/ week ongoing (full days M/ W ideal but flexible. I have Bachelor of Arts in Education from Hampshire College, a certificate in Trauma-Informed Teaching Practices from the Stockton Rush Barthol Foundation, + a certificate in Intentional Peer Support from the IPS Institute. I'm deeply interested in learning with + growing beside children, families, + teachers through authentic radically loving relationships, community consent practices, and trauma-informed models like Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Decolonized Nonviolent Communication, Restorative Conflict Resolution, and Intentional Peer Support.
