About Ireland

I'd describe my personality as patient, dependable, and caring. I like working with kids because I grew up working with kids. My mom helped many families and children throughout my childhood and I saw the positive impact she had on them and I've always wanted to have the same impact. I love working with kids because they bring joy to everyone around them and I find it to be a beautiful thing. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself. My mom worked with kids all throughout my childhood so I grew up helping her out as much as I could. In my spare time, I like to play musical instruments, read, cook, and bake. One thing you should know about me is I am a patient person who cares deeply about those around me. I have experience working with autistic children because I would go to work with my mom who worked in the special education department of both an elementary school and middle school. also helped care for my autistic cousin and a family friends son who has autism.
