We hired Indiah because she seemed enthusiastic about the job. She came and cleaned and we were satisfied - she did a good job. We arranged for weekly cleaning. Then we were ghosted. Absolutely no contact for nearly two weeks. We've tried calling, texting, and reaching out through Care.com. Indiah gets a star for her initial cleaning, but that's it. If she had changed her mind about the job, she only needed to tell us. The radio silence is unnecessary and unprofessional.
