Hope is the most amazing, dependable and caring worker I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She always went above and beyond to make sure all her client's needs were addressed, planned ahead and coordinated services with others to make sure high quality and consistent care was maintained across shifts/workers, kept meticulous documentation/paperwork and advocated for her client's well being overall. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!!
