About Helen

Hi! My name is Helen and I recently moved here from Florida. Back in Florida, I babysat part-time for a great family with a one- year old baby, and a 6-year-old girl and loved it. I have a great deal of experience working with 3-5-year-olds, as I spent 3 years earning my Child Development Associates. I also have a variety of volunteer experiences working with different age groups. In high school, I helped coach young athletes, and during the summers I aided as a camp counselor. A little about me, I'm currently in school trying to get my master's. I enjoy being outside, and traveling and exploring when I can. I find that kids can be a lot of fun to be around. Even though they can drive you crazy sometimes.... they can also bring out the best in you. I admire that they have the ability to be carefree and unapologetically themselves. ALSO, I love animals and I'm happy to care for them as well :)
