About Helena

Hi, I'm Helena! One of the things I am most passionate about is education, and over the past three years I have spent countless hours tutoring kids of education levels ranging from elementary school through college! My favorite subjects to teach are math (Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra, and Calculus 1-4) and science (Biology, Physics, and Chemistry), and I am excited to attend Stanford University this fall to study Aeronautics, Astronautics, and Computer Science. I am also well-versed in World History, US History, English composition and literature, and Computer Science (languages Java and Python). As high school juniors get ready for their ACTs and SATs, I also tutor strategy in timing and test completion, as well as aid in reviewing math concepts found on the exam.
