About Heidi

Some of my earliest and fondest memories are of volunteering in assisted-living facilities with my mother and 5 younger siblings. Since then, I have accumulated 20+ years on my own, helping seniors in a variety of settings. Some of these include: Providing assistance/odd jobs to elderly in my community, volunteering in local retirement facilities teaching chair classes, assisting physical therapists in the rehabilitation process of their more senior clientele, and providing activities/exercise and companionship in homes. I have experience with various types of dementia and all kinds of physical limitations. My goal in the next 5 years is to open an adult day camp on my farm.
