Hello, Over the last 20 years, I have spent the last 20 years working in the areas of Education and Social Services. My work with senior care I specialized in Medication Administration, as well as in. Alzheimer's. I love working with families to help promote proactive planning solutions to help keep memories and routines active throughout their loved ones days. And work with the skills and abilities of those who are active within the life of that person. Building routines, and plans to help for possible changes within their loved one's day. And having these purposeful transition routines in place. Allows for limited regression states when there maybe moments of forgetfulness. I also enjoy building memory books, and learning about your loved ones hobbies and helping them continue those. As well as build on new possible hobbies.
