About Heather

Hello there! My name is Heather, and I'm thrilled at the opportunity to introduce myself to families seeking a nurturing nanny/ teacher on Care. com. With a heart dedicated to early childhood development, I hold a Masters in Elementary Education and have many years of experience nannying and teaching children. I have taught preschool, TK, first grade, and also was a nanny for many years. My journey in education has been incredibly fulfilling, but a few months ago, I embarked on a new chapter with the arrival of my own bundle of joy, who is now 9 months old. I have a little girl named R and she adores other children. We love playing outdoors and going to the local library for children's classes. I have so many fun resources and crafts from when I was a teacher to teach your child letters/ counting and fun arts and crafts.
