I like connecting and helping people who need assistance with the many things that life deals us. Roles I have experience with: nutrition consultant/cook/shopper, post-surgery assistance with lifestyle changes before and after bariatric surgery, dog/cat caretaker, academic science & writing tutor, chauffuer and help mate with errands/medical appointments and day-to-day needs. I was a full-time nutrition consultant within a doctor's office for many years--and I am told that I am a good cook.
