About Heather

Growing up with my grandparents led me to gravitate to the more mature people in age. My experience started by providing company and caring for my friend's mom during the pandemic 2020 and 2021. I gained experience including patience, caring, socializing and how to provide psychological support to the elderly. Also, up to the time of my Veteran husband's passing a few months ago, I was his Primary caregiver as he was diagnosed with pancreatic and and became paralyzed, I gained the following experience .. 1) Organize his daily medication 2) Liaison between doctors and nurses, 3) Physical exercise routine (going for walks in his wheelchair, strengthening exercises using bumb-dells, etc) 4) I managed his diet, appointments in-house, to the VA or other specialists, 5) I provided Psychological Support 6) I provided his daily hygiene including daily shower, haircut, etc. 7)Other duties, etc.
