Hi! I am Heather, a single-mom empty nester looking to pay down debt while being of service to others. I am available some evenings and most weekends. I have a need for part-time employment and would MUCH rather help you or your loved one than work retail. Weekend cleaning would be awesome! I have a master's degree in English, taught junior high English students, worked 15 years in corporate America, and then transitioned to full time nonprofit work about 8 years ago. Currently, I am the Development Director at a local nonprofit. There have been many wonderful people who helped my grandparents and now my parents. I would like to put some of that goodwill my family received back into the world.

Heather was a bright light in my mothers life. She was an excellent companion and my eyes and ears while my mom was in the nursing home. They went to activities together, watched movies, had coffee and treats and just visited. Of equal importance, Heather was there as an advocate for my mom. She fell into a relationship with my mom like they had known each other forever. I am blessed to know her and for her to have loved my mom.
