Heather came and met my kids 2 weeks before the date of the job, seemed nice and good with kids. Contacted me the Sunday before start date of Monday, confirming to be there at 7am. She didn't show up, answer calls, texts, and had deleted her account. I would not recommend her and and highly dissatisfied at how she handled deciding not to show up. it's one thing to let someone know that you can't do the job, it's another to leave them hanging and scrambling to find alternative care last minute.
