About Heather

Hello my name is Heather and I have always been passionate about working with older adults. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology and many years of experience personally and professionally working with seniors. I took care of my grandfather with Parkinson's for many years and was a companion to him whenever he needed to enter a nursing home. I worked in an assisted living facility as a Personal Care Aide and worked with adults needing all different forms of care including dementia care. I worked in Pittsburgh, PA for 2 years as a Service Coordinator. I assisted the residents with a wide range of things including applying for benefits and connecting them to resources. If you choose me to care for your friend or family member, I will treat them with the same love and respect I would treat my very own loved ones.
