About Heather

My name is Heather, and I am an empty nester who raised 2 beautiful daughters. I love children and often babysit for my friends' and neighbors' children. I love taking kids out into nature, to the park, and on adventures away from technology. I'm a yoga teacher and like to teach children to be healthy. I enjoy reading and do crafts. I am loving, nurturing, dedicated. I like working with kids because they are wise. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be nurturing, creative, and active. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I was a stay-at-home mom for 20 years. I know it takes a village and parents need lots of support. In my spare time, I practice yoga, read, knit, walk in the woods, write, watch movies. One thing you should know about me is I am trustworthy and kind. I'm organized, fun, but also set limits. I am interactive with kids and get them away from technology. I love nature lover and enjoy teaching kids about the beauty of the natural world.
