About Heather

I have worked with an array of elderly and disabled people. Have a massage therapy background I also understand mobility exercises and stretching as well as general health management. I have worked for meals on wheels, nursing homes as a visitor for elderly with no families and I have no problem taking care of everything a person needs. I understand and have handled people getting frustrated from their inability to do things they once use to do or wish they could do, and I like to think that in those mo. ents, having a supportive caretaker is so important for their ego and mood. Anyone I get the privilege to work with becomes like a family member to me and I treat them like I would want my own loved ones to be taken care of.
