About Heather

Hello, My name is Heather I have been a CNA for over 15 years. I really enjoy being an at-home caregiver. People have always said I in am a people person and, I believe taking care of people is what I was meant to do. I find so much happiness in taking care of others loved one's and the relationships that are created are truly priceless. I have a lot of experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia and have found it is one of my specialties and have learned so much about what to do and what not to do for people. I find one of the keys to Dementia as well as anything is communication and, being able to be patient and understanding. To get to know who they are and what they like to do is so important. Over the years I have found creative activities as well as other ways to approach daily living that help my clients enjoy life. I care for each of my clients as if they were my own. I take the time to create a positive bond and, relationship.
