About Heather

I'd describe my personality as open, sensitive, empathetic. I like working with animals because I grew up with animals in my life. They give a level of love and trust that is unmatched. I'm looking for a job that allows me flexibility and lots of pet snuggles and play! I started working with animals when my dad trained dogs for the military and his boarding/daycare business in the past. I have 3 rescue dogs and would like to foster in the future. In my spare time, I like to crochet and spoil my 3 rescue dogs. One thing you should know about me is I am a quiet observer when I first meet new people. I like to learn about my environment and the people around me by listening and observing. My skills include essential needs (feeding, walking, cleaning/waste needs, learning/knowing medical needs,) basic training, empathy and patience to help care for less confident pets.
