We hired Heather to cover 3 days week to care for our little girl, G, starting at 8 months old. Heather is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to childcare and has been a wonderful guide and resource for us as first time parents. I can honestly say I instantly felt comfortable with Heather. She is very trustworthy and I never worry about G when she is with her. She is not afraid to act silly or sing songs, she is a always down at G's level ready to play and interact. She is very education and outdoor play focused and fills G's day with enriching activities. They work on her signs, language skills, and fine motor skills. She always arrives on time, is always happy and ready to jump right into her day with our little one. She goes out of her way to help with that morning separation from mom and dad. She has helped tremendously with sleep training which has always been a big struggle for us. G just loves her. Any parent would be lucky to have her for childcare.
