I have provided care for multiple families in South Carolina, Virginia and Texas over several years through babysitting and nannying. I have worked as a church nursery staff member for 6 years, a Children's Coordinator in Children's Ministries for 5 months before relocating to Virginia, and I have served as a Child and Youth Program Assistant with the US Navy for a year. Overall, I have experience with children ages birth - 11 years, including experience with multiples and twins. My schedule does not allow for any full-time positions, but I am interested in providing occasional or date-night care upon availability. Heather was hired to work with our Children's Ministry. She was incredible with our children. Heather's responsibility in this position was to teach our children and organizing our volunteers. The children really adored Heather and she brought new and creative ideas to keep them engaged in lessons. Heather ran a classroom with a level of fairness and discipline that is important for containing a classroom. In her short time with us Heather gained respect of our families and especially their children. She would be an incredible asset to any position.
