About Hayli

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, nurturing, & fun! I like working with kids because they're so fun and intrigued with the world around them! I am very passionate about their education and upbringing into the world. I love watching them grow & learn new things everyday. I believe each child is different & learns in their own way and at their own pace. I enjoy being able to be apart of their path through life. The first couple years of life are SO crucial! I love that I am able to make a difference & help set a positive foundation for each & every child I have contact with, even if it's a small impact on them! I currently teach preschool and have been at my center since 2017. In 2020, I graduated with a degree in early childhood education & have taken many hours of training. I am well skilled in planning age appropriate activities for play & learning, meeting each individual child's needs & providing a safe & enjoyable environment for children to learn & grow in!
