Hayley is A wonderful caregiver, she has a way of connecting with seniors in ways others may not be able to. I've seen her calm agitated and confused residents very quickly, and provide care to the most difficult of seniors especially those with memory deficits or behaviors. I would hire her in a heartbeat again.
