About Hayley

I am a former middle school math teacher who taught for five years with exceptional results. I am passionate about math and love helping students find the joy in learning! I always start by helping students see the connections between what they already know and what they need to know. Once they have that access point, math becomes far less scary. I'm comfortable using a variety of techniques to help my students understand concepts: the use of diagrams, hands on materials, real life scenarios, etc. Each learner is unique and so I aim to always adjust my instruction based on my students' needs.
