My task are helping resident and daily activity of living, such as dressing and undressing, bathing, oral care, feeding patient to require help transport. Patient using wheelchair and will wheel cars and assist resident to walk which of them for their physical. answering a call late intercom system to determine patient need and safety training and positioning. Patient every two hours to those who are unable to turn by their self to prevent bed so changing bedliner record, viral side and fluid intake and output as directed by supervision and report abnormal value immediately by greeting warmly direct visit visitor to their desire place and answer telephone call I demonstrate consistent record of documentation and chart and establish full communication skill able to earn great appreciation from my supervision, coworker, resident and family member
