About Hannah

I'd describe my personality as kind, creative, and personable. I like working with kids because they typically have a refreshing perspective on the world. They learn, grow, and develop so quickly and I feel privileged to be a part of that process. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. I was employed by a local church to keep the nursery during women's bible study. From there, I became the regular babysitter/summer nanny for a family until midway through college. In my spare time, I like to draw, sing, read, or watch tv. One thing you should know about me is I approach each child as a whole, individual person with their own communication style and needs. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to kids. My skills include communication, teaching/tutoring, and a vivid imagination. I am just as comfortable playing pretend as I am tutoring.
