I am an intuitive, calm-spirited, and team-oriented individual who upholds high standards of empathetic care, healthy living, and creativity for the families that I service. Raised in the world of caregiving, I have worked in childcare as a teacher and a professional nanny for my entire career. My mission as a childcare professional is to provide a joyful environment that fosters the development of the child's security, independence, and positive self-image. I aim to provide care anchored in holistically-integrated early childhood education that fully recognizes the child as an individual with unique talents, needs, and interests. In my experience, I have become specialized in applications of child-led learning philosophies including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Nature-Based learning. I deeply value communication and partnership with families, and strive to create professional, open, and comfortable relationships. Love, authenticity, and good humor are at the center of my work.
