Hello, my name is Hannah. I have loved caring for children my whole life! I have been babysitting for around eight or nine years, and I have always helped care for my five younger siblings. I have been nannying for four years now, although during that time period I took a year off from nanny and worked as a full-time high-school girls' dormitory dean at a boarding school. I have worked with infants all the way up to senior high-schoolers. In the past my church employed me to care for infants and preschoolers while their parents were in Wednesday evening classes. I also have experience volunteering at a non-profit, therapeutic riding ranch, helping with the children during lessons and day camps. I love playing outdoors with children, encouraging them to play imaginative games, reading to them, coloring and crafting, and teaching them about the world. Hannah was our full time nanny for a year. Hannah is a natural with children, and genuinely loves spending time with children. She is very kind, caring, fun, and disciplines children is a gentle way. We never heard her raise her voice or get upset, she always spoke with the children with so much respect. She is definitely one of the most patient people we know. She also engaged the children in age appropriate activities, she was on the floor playing with the little one, read a lot to both kids, and engaged the older one in high-quality pretend play and creative activities. She also mediated between the two children very well in involving them both. Her responsibilities included driving for preschool pickup, which she also did responsibly. The children formed a very strong bond with Hannah, she served as an excellent role model for them, and we could trust and depend on her. We feel very fortunate that she was part of our lives. We highly recommend her as a nanny.
