Poor communication and does not respect parents time. Set up a working interview for Sunday 10AM, Hanna sent a text message at 9PM the night before to cancel due to “a stomach bug.” We rescheduled for that Friday at 10AM. I sent a text to confirm Thursday, she replies 5hrs later that she started back at school earlier in the week and can no longer take on the hours we need care.
