About Haley

Hello! I have my teaching degree and Masters in elementary education and I've been a public school teacher in RUSD for the last 8 years. I really enjoy teaching young learners how to read and write. Supporting students in their learning and watching them grow in confidence as their skills expand is the most rewarding aspect of being in the classroom. One of my favorite phrases in my classroom is, "It's okay if something is challenging, that's how your brain grows!" School is work but play is the work of children. I enjoy mixing movement and play based strategies together to develop engaging and age appropriate learning sessions for young learners.
