About Hailey

Hi, I'm Hailey! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, bubbly, and charismatic! I love working with kids because of their endless energy and their appreciation for life and enjoying the little things! Working with kids makes me feel like a kid again and it brings me so much joy. I started working with kids when I was around 13! I have a younger brother so I've always had a nurturing instinct about me, but my leadership skills and warm personality have always made working with kids easy and fun for me! I have experience in babysitting and I used to teach ski lessons to kids ages 4-12. In my spare time, I like to learn new recipes to cook, spend time outside going to the beach and hiking with my friends, read, and go to concerts! My childcare skills include being empathetic to your child's wants and needs, making thorough and informed decisions with proper judgment, and exceptional listening skills to understand the needs from both the parents and your child/children.
