About Hailey

Hello! My name is Hailey. I'm 24 years old and graduated from UIUC in 2020 with a BS in Developmental Psychology! I have 10+ years of experience in childcare; I have worked as an ABA therapist for children with autism, an intern at a counseling center and have been babysitting since I was very young. I am very passionate about childcare, inclusivity and making sure every child has an equal opportunity to achieve greatness and feel cared for! I would say my biggest strengths are promoting communication skills, facilitating play-based learning, and providing a patient helping hand to aid children in exploring the world around them. I have a lot of experience with children with speech delays and behavioral setbacks. I have my own reliable transportation, am CPR certified, fully vaccinated and use safe measures when it comes to being around others. I would describe myself as compassionate, not afraid to advocate for myself and others, driven and fun!
