About Hailey

I remember the first time I was left alone to look after someone's children. I was 13 years old. I still have that feeling, every time I am trusted with someone's child. My first babysitting experience was with a family who had three girls, ranging from 2 months to 7 years old. Since then, I have worked with families of children of all ages. I come from a long line of educators and was a middle school classroom teacher myself for five years before deciding to take a break from the classroom in the fall of 2020. I resigned in August and was diagnosed with breast cancer in October at age 32. I have undergone treatment the past year and am ready to dip my toes back into the world. Nannying has always been a strength and passion of mine. While I am able to nanny for any age, newborns and babies are my favorite. I have the most experience with this age group. I do not view my childcare as simply babysitting. I love being interactive and engaged with the children I spend time with.
