About Hailey

Hello! After studying agriculture science at Cornell and a few years in a business career, I've decided to shift my focus to the fulfilling work of caring for youth and nurturing our future thinkers. I have always been involved in STEM youth programs such as 4H my whole life as both a participant and volunteer, as well as serving many years selected as the NY Dairy Princess, where I dedicated my time speaking to classrooms, nursing homes and leading youth educational events with children. I love learning from, listening to and engaging with children all while providing them safe environments. I grew up on my family's farm which I believe instilled a strong work ethic & desire to care for others. In my free time I love to bake, cook, garden, watercolor paint, read and spend time with my dogs & fiancé outdoors.
