About Hailey

Hello! My name is Hailey & I have a strong passion for working with children. I would describe my personality as outgoing, loving, & patient, & some of my skills include effective communication with parents & children, being a good listener, & knowing what is developmentally appropriate for children at their different ages & stages of life. I have been babysitting since 2008, when I started babysitting my younger cousins, children in my neighborhood, & children from my church. When I got to high school, I worked as an assistant teacher for my churches Sunday school program. In college, I studied Early Childhood Inclusive Education & Human Development & Family Studies, & received degrees in both areas. I have been teaching in my own classrooms since 2016 & have worked at my childhood summer camp as the Head Counselor & program director since 2015. I have a strong passion for working with children & love every child in my care as if they were my own. I look forward to working with you!
