About Haile

I have over 10 years of experience working with children and have worked in an ECE setting for 7 years as an assistant teacher, lead classroom teacher, and school director. I have a B. A and M. A. in human development and family sciences with a concentration in early childhood and a teaching license to teach up to 3rd grade. I see children as explorers and capable and competent citizens within their community. I believe learning is about creating wonder and joy for the child and allowing them to think freely and creatively on their own as well as with adults and peers.
