It is my great pleasure to recommend Guisela for a nanny position. Guisela has served as a full time nanny for our two children (2 & 3.5 yrs) for the past four months, working a 40 hr workweek Monday-Friday. My husband's work contract is coming to an end, which is the reason why we no longer need a nanny. Guisela is an extremely patient and loving individual. She has been a role model to my children and has put up with their temper tantrums during the difficult terrible twos and threes! In the beginning, my son was frequently pushing his younger sister over, but Guisela consistently talked to him about his behavior and its impact. Within a couple of weeks, he stopped pushing her and I've never seen him do it since. Guisela upholds strong Christian values and encourages a gentle, loving and nurturing environment. We love her and will miss her greatly, and plan to stay in touch as our children adore her.
