We had several caregivers for my father and Grisella was by far the best. We worked with her for more than a year and half on an almost daily basis. She is organized, punctual and above all else caring. She is able to self manage and is proactive with strong problem solving skills. Our father felt the most comfortable and cared for with Grisella. She has excellent communication skills. Our immediate family did not live in the area and Grisella was exceptional at updating us on our father's day to day progress and any new needs that developed. I would hire her again without hesitation.
