Don’t hesitate to hire her if you get the chance. Gracie took care of our 1 year old for 2 weeks. They became fast friends. She genuinely loves kids and has a deep sense of play. This is clearly her calling; dance parties in the living room, going local parks to explore and initiating other tasks on her own. The professionalism with which she responded to my needs as a working parent, being sensitive to parenting style and safety concerns cannot be overstated. Would love to have her back again!
