About Grace

I am a compassionate and a good-hearted caregiver. I am always patient and open to listen to the needs of my clients. I've been working as a caregiver for over 5 years now. My whole experience as a caregiver has been amazing and also fulfilling . I find joy working hand in hand with my clients to make them happy and comfortable in their own homes. I evaluate and assess carefully the clients needs and create a care plan just for them. I help with meals preparation light housekeeping chores, laundry, prompting medication, client appointments, bathing, ambulation and any other outdoor activity the client will prefer . I've worked with clients with different physical and mental impairments.
