Hello! My name is Grace and I am moving to the Vancouver area in March of 2024 (still unsure of which town but I am willing to commute). I am 20 years old and I have experience with kids of all ages. During grade school, I got my babysitters certification through parks and recreation which led me to work as a babysitter and a camp counselor. Now in my adult life I have been working for multiple families as a full time nanny. I genuinely love working with kids because their imagination and creativity intrigue me! My most recent families have been boys from the ages 0-3. I helped with everything from meals to housework. I love to help with their development and learning new skills. Grace has been helping our family for over a year and a half. I was devastated to find out she was moving to Washington. In just a short time I considered her part of our family. She did everything in her part to go above and beyond for our family. As a new mom and teacher for 13 years I was very particular about who I left with my first son who was just over a year and a half when Grace first started. I was very particular and protective (rightfully so). Grace listened and learned our parenting techniques and was consistent about our schedules and discipline strategies. She communicated well and was very aware of safety. This May I had another baby and I felt more than comfortable leaving her with a newborn and she did an amazing job balancing an infant and three year old so we could have date nights or just catch up on life. I would strongly recommend Grace for any care job.
