This last year I had the privilege of working at a center for kiddos on the spectrum as an RBT implementing ABA therapy. I bonded with the kids by playing, singing, dancing, doing art etc and implemented behavioral intervention plans. I have underwent an extensive 40 hour training as well as sat for an exam to become a registered technician. I was trained in crisis intervention as well as how to really form relationships with these sweet kids.
