We hired Grace to be an almost fill-time nanny. When she was with the kids she was patient and kind. But she was unreliable and after months of working together she no-call, no-showed with no notice. Stopped answering her phone and we never heard from her again. The lack of respect and communication was obviously terrible for two parents with full-time jobs. But our kids never saw her again, it was a really sad end to months of care...
