Over the past decade, I've worked in childcare settings, refining my skills and strengthening my commitment to children's growth and well-being. As a Lead Caregiver at ECCC-PISD, Texas, I've successfully created age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering physical, emotional, social, and academic development. I excel at maintaining a positive learning environment, resolving issues promptly, and valuing open communication with parents. Before my role at ECCC, I was a Preschool Teacher at Precious Beginnings Montessori in Plano. Here, I maintained a stimulating Montessori environment for children aged 3 to 5, offering engaging individual and group lessons based on careful observation of their needs. I kept detailed records of children's progress and received recognition for implementing a creative instruction program. These experiences instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to the safety, well-being, and educational development of the children in my care.
