About Gislaine

My core competencies include keeping children safe and healthy, preparing meals and snacks, organizing activities, and problem resolution. I am certified in first aid and CPR, I am loyal, dependable, teachable, and able to follow instructions. I am patient, kind, soft spoken yet firm, and loving. In my previous work experience, I was able to create positive environments focused on supporting and teaching new skills. As Psychologist, I have had opportunities to observechildren and assist with the improvement of their emotional and physical developments. By observing children at play, I can identify positive behaviors and the areas in need of improvement, addressing matters of concern with the parents if/when appropriate while respecting set boundaries. I am also an NCS (newborn care specialist)certified. I'm delighted and excited about this opportunity.
